The Online Waybill is available as a PDF file. You must have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer. The Reader is free and is available from the Adobe website. Clicking on the issue that you want will start the Adobe Reader, which will open that issue for viewing in your web browser. Right clicking on the issue will open a dialog box. Choose “Save Target As…” if you wish to download and save the file on your computer.

Select a PDF issue of the
Waybill!
from the following buttons:

To search for your particular keyword(s) in all Waybill issues,
go to Google.com on the web and type the following in the search bar:

keyword(s) filetype:pdf site:www.mwr-nmra.org/mwr2016/mwr-images/waybillfiles/

Then press enter and the search results will be all the
Waybill issues that contain your "keyword(s)" in the text.
If you want a specific group of words,enclose
the key words in quotation marks. eg. "code 83"
